Carl has extensive experience in leading and designing Special Character reviews on behalf of Proprietors, assisted by experienced Christian School educators. In addition to this, he has assisted proprietors in formulating Special Character Guidelines for schools to work from and has recent experience as the leader of Special Character in a Year 1-13 school.
